The self check-in system was convenient and the cottage was stylishly decorated, providing a comfortable stay. Communication with our hostess was excellent and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The complimentary treats and vouchers added a special touch to our stay. a highly recommended option when visiting this region.

This centrally located accommodation is perfect for those wanting to explore the town on foot. It offers easy access to the tram and is just a short walk from the city center. The rooms are spacious and the service provided by the hosts is friendly and accommodating. Guests can start their day with a generous breakfast before heading out to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the views from the property are breathtaking.

Some areas of the cottage are in need of maintenance, such as cracked windows and floors.

Everything was great, except the weather, it was hot outside. The management and staff were helpful. Favourable location in the owner's garden, loved it.

The complimentary bottle of wine, ciabatta bread, rusks tea, and breakfast voucher were a great spoil. Tom was a friendly guide during our stay. Faieema, who cleaned our cottage, was engaging. Lovely views and quiet surroundings.

And having a fully-equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me as a solo traveler, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save some money.

The only thing I didn't love was that the kitchen was a bit small, but that's just my personal preference. Others might still find it perfectly functional and enjoyable.

The location was amazing, close to our favorite wine estates and very central. The staff, especially Elzaan and Tom, were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The accommodations were exceptional and the extras provided on arrival were a lovely touch. I was greeted with freshly baked bread, a bottle of Chardonnay, coffee, sugar, jam, ice. Check-in was seamless, with the host sending the passcode for the main gate and key box in advance. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, drinking water, fresh bread, milk, and even a bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable and spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. The little extras, such as meal vouchers and the provisions in the fridge, added to the overall amazing experience at Sugarbee Cottages.
